We provide a number of therapies to address this condition, such as drainage implant surgery, in which a tiny tube is inserted into the eye to allow fluid to drain. Second, we provide electrocautery, in which the surgeon makes a microscopic incision in the drainage canals of the eye using a heating tool called a Trabectome. It heats up the tissue mesh inside the eye. Pressure and fluid buildup may be reduced by it. Compared to trabeculectomy or drainage implant surgery, it is less invasive.
Thirdly, we provide Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS), a more recent group of therapies. They typically use equipment that can't be seen with the human eye and call for tiny holes. Although they were typically speedier and safer, they didn't quite lessen pressure.
